By accessing our website, joining our digital containers, participating in our programs, purchasing services, or contributing to our community spaces, you enter into a conscious, sacred agreement to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them mindfully.
1. General Information & Legal Entity
This website, along with all associated digital programs, convergences, activations, and community services, is operated by:
- Entity: Victoria Koning t/a Creative Changemakers, in partnership with the informal group NetNomads Community (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”).

2. Community Code of Conduct & Sovereign Space
Our containers are grounded in mutual respect, co-creation, and sovereign self-responsibility.
By entering our digital platforms, joining private groups, attending live Zoom transmissions, or listing offerings in our Marketplace, you commit to upholding the integrity of the space and following Universal Principles (including non-harm, truthfulness, integrity, and honor for the sovereignty of others).
Maintaining Container Safety: We hold a sacred responsibility to keep our community spaces safe, grounded, and aligned. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to revoke access to any community space, platform feature, live call, or private group—without refund—for anyone whose conduct violates these core principles or disrupts the container’s safety.
3. Cosmic Casquillionaires: Convergence & Gifting Rituals
The Cosmic Casquillionaires 5-Week Convergence is an experiential, educational container designed to transform and reframe your relationship with money through symbolic gifting rituals, embodiment exercises, and community practice.
A. Declaration of Sovereignty & Participation Breakdown
By enrolling as a participant (“Dragon”), you step into an active role with love and presence. The total financial structure is outlined as:
- €45 Convergence Ticket: Covers technical and administrative costs of hosting and delivering the program.
- €55 Changemaker Contribution: Joyfully given to support the NetNomads Community.
- €11 Changemaker Contribution: Joyfully given to support Shambala Vihar.
- Total Entry Contribution: €111 for fun, laughter, and expansion.
B. Sacred Commitment to Duration & Live Calls
- 5-Week Commitment: You enter a Sacred Commitment to actively participate and engage in the online classroom, private group, and community space for the full 5-week Term to maintain the flow and success of the collective.
- Live Presence: A core component of the Convergence is shared energetic presence. You commit—to the best of your ability—to reserve 2 hours each Tuesday during the 5-week Convergence for the 6 live Zoom transmissions.
C. Weekly Peer-to-Peer Gifting Rituals
- Gifting Dynamics: As part of the embodiment training, Dragons join ‘buddy pairs’ or small circles. Each week during the 5-week Convergence, each Dragon gives their Dragon Buddy a financial gift of €10 and receives €10 in return from their Dragon Buddy.
- Peer-to-Peer Transfers: Gifts are transferred directly between Dragons via bank account or preferred digital banking tools (e.g., Revolut or Wise). Any transaction fees charged by banking platforms are covered by the Dragon giving the gift as “gift wrapping.”
D. Clear Limitation of Liability & Non-Investment Disclaimer
FOR COMPLETE CLARITY: THIS PROGRAM IS NOT A FINANCIAL SCHEME, INVESTMENT, LOTTERY, PYRAMID SCHEME, MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING OPPORTUNITY, OR GUARANTEE OF FINANCIAL RETURN.
- All financial transfers within the 5-week gifting ritual are executed peer-to-peer (Dragon-to-Dragon) for experiential, educational purposes only.
- Neither Victoria Koning, Creative Changemakers, NetNomads Community, nor Cosmic Casquillionaires act as a financial intermediary, escrow service, or custodian of peer-to-peer gifts.
4. Digital Products, Courses & Non-Refundable Access
Due to the immediate delivery of digital materials, proprietary activations, live call access, downloadable resources, and administrative setup:
- All sales of digital products, programs, course access, and Convergence tickets (including the €111 entry contribution) are final and strictly non-refundable once access to the platform, portal, or live containers has been granted.
5. NetNomads Contributions & Marketplace Services
NetNomads Community operates on a model of conscious contribution rather than rigid paywalls.
A. Voluntary Financial Gifts (“LOVE IT!” Gifts)
Contributions designated as a “LOVE IT!” Gift (including voluntary contributions starting from €5) are given freely in trust to nourish, sustain, and develop the NetNomads space.
- Non-Refundable: Voluntary financial gifts are non-refundable once processed.
B. Blog & Marketplace Listing Services
Contributions made for Blog Articles or Marketplace Listings are payments for digital platform listing and hosting services.
- Review Rights: We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline submissions that do not align with our community values or resonance.
- Self-Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and copyright compliance of all text, media, or links submitted for your listings or articles.
6. Marketplace & “GoDirect” Liability Waiver
The NetNomads Marketplace provides “GoDirect” links connecting buyers directly with third-party creators and service providers.
- Third-Party Transactions: We act solely as a directory platform. All communications, contracts, payments, fulfillment, and disputes occur directly between you and the third-party provider or customer.
- Waiver of Liability: Victoria Koning, Creative Changemakers, Cosmic Casquillionaires, and NetNomads Community hold zero liability or responsibility for any products, services, events, transactions, losses, or disputes arising from your interactions with third parties found via our Marketplace or Blog.
7. Confidentiality, Trust & Media Rights
A. Non-Disclosure & Community Privacy
The Convergence and community spaces are founded on deep trust and intimacy.
- All non-public information, proprietary training materials, and personal discussions shared within private groups or classrooms are strictly confidential.
- You agree not to distribute or share personal contact details (names, phone numbers, banking tags) of fellow participants outside the program space, and commit to deleting peer data upon program completion.
B. Media Release & Content Rights
When you submit articles, share media, or participate in recorded sessions (such as Creative Changemakers podcast interviews or recorded live group calls):
- Grant of License: You grant Victoria Koning t/a Creative Changemakers, Cosmic Casquillionaires, and NetNomads Community a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, publish, display, and distribute the recorded video/audio content and submitted articles across our website, YouTube channel, podcast networks, and community platforms.
- Social Media Clips: You expressly permit us to edit, reformat, and crop short audio or video clips from these recordings for promotional, educational, and inspirational sharing across social channels (e.g., YouTube Shorts, Instagram, Telegram).
8. Privacy & Data Stewardship
Data collection, peer-to-peer data sharing within small circles (such as Revolut/Wise tags and phone numbers for gifting rituals), and your rights regarding account deletion are governed separately under our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
